Litigation Associate
Platt Richmond is seeking a litigation associate to join our robust and growing practice in Dallas. This attorney will be responsible for assisting the partners and senior attorneys in all facets of general commercial litigation cases including legal research and writing, strategy development, hearings, depositions, and trial preparation and attendance. This position will have direct client interaction and organizational involvement is highly encouraged. We are looking for two to four years of experience with this type of practice.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Draft motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Assist in and take fact and expert depositions
- Assist with and argue claim construction
- Appear for court hearings
- Assist in developing litigation strategy
- Trial preparation and practice
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience with commercial litigation cases
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- J.D. and Texas Bar Admittance
- Genuine, authentic personality
